• A completed Brazil form for Nigerian citizens.
• An application fee (non-refundable)
• Proof of flight reservation
• Health Insurance (You need to get the right insurance for your trip in order to increase your chances.)
• Your original passport with a validity of at least six months
• Two passport photos on a white background.
• Travel itinerary. Schedule of what your day-to-day plans in the country will be.
• Six months of bank statements. It must have sufficient funds for your trip.
• A letter from your employer stating how much you earn on a monthly base and your role,Payslips etc.
• Proof of accommodation. Hotel reservations or invitation from your host.
• Proof of payment for visa application.
• Invitation letter from a host in Brazil, in case of business, events, family or friend visit.
• Marriage certificate (if Applicable)
