Job Description
As a Care Assistant at Everycare Hastings, you will have the rewarding role of providing care and support to clients in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting clients with personal care tasks, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Delivering care services to a diverse range of clients in the Hastings area.
Driving to clients’ homes, as having access to a car is essential for this role.
Participating in training programs and receiving ongoing support to enhance your skills.
Building positive relationships with clients, offering companionship and emotional support.
Collaborating with a dedicated team to provide comprehensive care plans.
Adhering to the company’s policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality.
Documenting client information accurately and reporting any changes to the appropriate channels.
Contributing to a safe and caring environment for clients.
Requirements:
To be considered for the Care Assistant position, you should meet the following requirements:
Possession of an enhanced DBS check (required).
Access to a car and a valid driving license (essential).
Previous experience in a care-related role is preferred, but not essential.
Compassionate nature, excellent interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
A willingness to undergo training and continuous professional development.
