HR Manager

 

 

Job Description:

Havens Travel and Tour is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the Human Resources and Administration department of the company. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR functions to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the company’s workforce.

 

Responsibilities:

 

1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with the company’s goals and
objectives.
2. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting
interviews, and making hiring decisions.
3. Oversee employee on-boarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the
company.
4. Administer employee benefits and compensation plans,health insurance, retirement plans,
payroll processing, and performance evaluation systems.
5. Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and
performance.
6. Handle employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions,
and conflict resolution.
7. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including
employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws
and regulations.
9. Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
10. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity within HR systems.
11. Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies that support the company's
growth and objectives.
12. Lead and supervise the HR and Admin team, providing direction, guidance, and support as
needed.
13. Oversee general office administration tasks, including facility management, supplies
procurement, and vendor relations.
14. Manage office schedules, appointments, and meetings.
15. Cooperate with Operation team in reviewing clients resume, Create resume and cover letter for
job application.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management roles, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Sound knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent leadership and management abilities, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Experience in managing remote workers.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and resolve complex HR issues.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
