HOW TO START THE PROCESS.

1. Choose a job according to the list.

2. Send us an email at Operations@haventravelandtour.com with the following The
email subject should contain “1-Year Poland work permit” You need to send all
documents/attachments in a single email, or apply online.

● Scanned copy of a Valid passport ( Minimum Validity 1 year)
● CV/Resume
● Desirable Employment Date (Make sure you can able to submit a visa application before
the employment date)
● Desirable Job
● Country Where You Submit the Visa Application
● Applicant’s Phone number & email address for work Permit Validation

3. As soon as we receive the document according to our requirements we will send you the
Agreement which you need to sign and make a prepayment of 1,8828 EURO
(……………………. Naira) to start the process.

4. After receiving the prepayment we will give you the submission Receipt issued from the
voivodeship department for your work permit invitation application within 15 working
days.

5. After getting the submission Receipt it will take up to 30 working days to issue the work
permit invitation.

6. When the work permit is ready, we will send you a scanned or photocopy, and you will

Partial-Refundable: 30% Service fees are refundable under the following

If the client voluntarily withdraws their work visa application or decides not to pursue
