POTD: Darth Vader’s EDC Appears Made Up
Welcome to immediately’s Picture of the Day! When Spanish gunmaker Star launched the Megastar pistol in 10mm and .45 ACP within the Nineteen Nineties, they envisioned a strong, imposing sidearm constructed like a blaster. With its all-steel body and large double-stack magazines holding 12-14 rounds, the Star Megastar packed a punch worthy of knocking stormtroopers off their ft. But just like the Dying Star, the Megastar’s cumbersome dimension was a weak spot, dooming it to restricted manufacturing and gross sales. When the 10mm craze pale, so did the Megastar – beneath 5,000 have been made earlier than it was discontinued in 1995. Although it failed commercially, Star had created a formidable power within the Megastar. Notably, actor James Earl Jones, well-known for enjoying Darth Vader, owned this explicit Megastar, seemingly drawn to its imposing presence and firepower.
“With generic exhausting case and a signed doc stating this pistol was bought from the gathering of actor James Earl Jones.”
