Language Proficiency: Applicants must achieve a minimum language score of Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 4 or equivalent.
Education or Training: Completion of post-secondary education, training, or apprenticeship equivalent to at least one year in length, resulting in a diploma, certificate, or degree that aligns with the Canadian education system.
Settlement Funds: Demonstrating sufficient settlement funds is required to support yourself and your family members during the initial settlement period in Saskatchewan.

Application Process

SINP Job Approval Letter: The employer applies for a SINP Job Approval Letter on your behalf. They will need to provide necessary documentation to demonstrate that the job offer meets the program requirements.
Application to SINP: Once the employer receives the SINP Job Approval Letter, you can proceed to submit your application to the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) online portal. Ensure that you meet all the eligibility criteria and have the required supporting documents.

Document Submission: Upload all the required documents, which may include your passport, educational credentials, language test results, work experience letters, and proof of settlement funds.
Application Assessment: The SINP will review your application, documents, and eligibility against the program requirements. This assessment process may take some time, and you may be contacted for additional information or clarifications if needed.
Provincial Nomination: If your application is approved, you will receive a provincial nomination from the SINP. This nomination allows you to apply for permanent residency through Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
