  1. Tourist Visa (TR): This visa allows tourists to enter Thailand for tourism purposes. It typically grants a stay of up to 60 days, which can be extended once for an additional 30 days at a local immigration office.
  2. Visa Exemption: Citizens of certain countries could enter Thailand without a visa for a short stay, usually up to 30 days (or 15 days by land border). This exemption is subject to change, and the allowed duration may vary based on the mode of entry.
  3. Non-Immigrant Visa (Category “B,” “O,” “ED,” etc.): These visas are intended for individuals who want to work, study, retire, or conduct business in Thailand. Different categories correspond to different purposes, such as business (B), retirement (O-A), education (ED), etc.
  4. Study Visa (Non-Immigrant ED): Individuals who want to study in Thailand can apply for an education visa. This visa is usually granted for the duration of the course of study and may require enrollment in a recognized educational institution.
