HOW TO START THE PROCESS.

  1. Choose a job according to the list.
  2. Send us an email at jobs@haventravelandtour.com with a good-quality scanned copy of your Passport, Cover letter and CV/Resume. The email subject should contain “UK work permit” you need to send all documents/attachments in a single email, (We don’t accept a photo taken from a mobile)
  3. As soon as we receive the document according to our requirements 
  4. You will be transferred to our consultant for review and travel personalization.
  5. After concluding with our consultant we will send you the Agreement which you need to sign and make a prepayment of 1,500,000 Naira upfront to start the process.
Here is how the Work Permit Process unfolds.
  1. Your Resume and CV will be forwarded to our UK recruitment agency. They will refine and optimize your application materials before submitting them to the prospective employer for review.
  2. The employer will reach out to you for a job interview once they are interested in your profile.
  3. Upon a successful interview, the employer will issue a formal job offer letter.
  4. After receiving the job offer, you will be required to furnish certain documents. The company will supply you with an employment letter and supporting documentation necessary for your work permit application.

It’s important to note that this service exclusively covers the work permit, and it is essential to note that the client will be responsible for funding their visa processing. Visa processing entails various fees, including the visa fee, biometric charges, medical fees, insurance, and flight tickets fee, proof of funds, and other associated expenses. The 3.5 million naira payment is specifically allocated for the work permit only

Meanwhile you will be obligated to gather and submit all necessary documentation as required by the company and the relevant immigration authorities. This includes 

  • CV covering all qualifications from O Levels to date, at least showing 1 year of           care experience, all dates must be applied and consistent 
  • References X 2 of your care experience detailing what you did, stamped by referee and signed – original copies scanned and sent as an attachment 
  • IELTS 5 points and above
  • TB clearance 
  • Police clearance ( if you lived in another country for more than 1 year – another police clearance from that country is required)
  • Driver’s license (Disc) – evidence of your driving (we only require drivers for the job role) – N/A
  • All Nurse Aide certificates for at least 3 months
  • Financial statements, 
  • Reference letter from work 
  • Education certificate( if any)
  • Dependent’s (birth certificate, passport, TB certificate, consent letter and marriage certificate) and any other requested materials.   
  • Your work permit invitation Package will be ready within 1/3 month.
  • When the work permit is ready we send you the photocopy or scanned copy by email / Whats app, you will have to make the last payment of 2,000,000 Naira to get your work permit document to your preferred address.

Visa Application Process 

To initiate your visa application process, you are requested to pay all fee and documents associated to the visa application.

  • Visa fee
  • IELTS 5 points and above

  • TB Clearance

  • Non-Refundable: The initial consultation fees paid by the client are non-refundable. These fees cover the cost of the initial assessment and consultation provided by Havens Travel and Tour. 
  • Service Fees:
  • 100% Refundable in Certain Circumstances: The payment of 7 million for work permit is 100% refundable, in situation where we are unable to get you the work permit.
  • Partial-Refundable: 30% Service fees are refundable under the following circumstances:
  • If the client voluntarily withdraws their work permit application or decides not to pursue employment in the destination country. 
  • Refund Process:
  • Request for Refund: Clients must submit a written request for a refund, specifying the reason for the refund request and providing all necessary documentation to support the claim.
  • Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within 30 business days from the date of receipt of the complete refund request.
  • Currency and Payment Method:
  • Currency: All refunds will be processed in the same currency as the original payment.
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original payment. If this is not possible, Havens Travel and Tour will work with the client to determine an alternative method.
