Responsibilities of the Warehouse Clerk:

Maintain an organized warehouse and ensure proper placement of goods, promoting productivity and safety within the warehouse and yard.
Accurately and timely fulfill orders.
Unload trucks and check for missing or damaged goods.
Receive and inspect shipments, stock merchandise.
Identify pending customer orders and notify them upon arrival.
Maintain attractive product displays.
Pick, pack, and ship goods.
Provide support to counter sales as needed, including customer service, order preparation, merchandising, and other assigned tasks.

Requirements for the Warehouse Clerk:

Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
Excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and work well in a team.
Team player with adaptability, energy, and a positive professional attitude.
Good computer skills, including MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Proactive in finding ways to improve warehouse productivity.
Ability to handle items weighing less than 30lbs.
Valid forklift operator certificate is an asset; training will be provided if necessary.
