HOW TO START THE PROCESS

  1. 1 Choose a job according to the list. 

    2 Send us an email at info@immigrationua.com with the following The email subject should  contain “3-Year Poland work permit” You need to send all documents/attachments in a  single email, or apply online. 

    1. Scanned copy of a Valid passport ( Minimum Validity 3 years) 
    2. CV/Resume 
    3. Desirable Employment Date (Make sure you can able to submit a visa application before  the employment date) 
    4. Desirable Job 
    5. Country Where You Submit the Visa Application 
    6. Applicant’s Phone number & email address for work Permit Validation 

    3 As soon as we receive the document according to our requirements we will send you the  Agreement which you need to sign and make a prepayment of 2437 USD (……………………..  Naira) to start the process. 

    4 After receiving the prepayment we will give you the submission Receipt issued from the  voivodeship department for your work permit invitation application within 15 working days. 

    5 After getting the submission Receipt it will take up to 30 working days to issue the work  permit invitation. 

    6 When the work permit is ready, we will send you a scanned or photocopy, and you will have  to pay 2437 USD (…………………….. Naira) for the last instalment payment + courier charges. 

    7 After receiving the second instalment we will send the original work permit invitation along  with the supporting documents to your preferred address. 

    1. Once you receive the original documents you need to get the embassy appointment at e konsulat or VFS Globaldepending on the country where you will apply for a visa. 

    1 If you found you need to apply in the embassy of Poland you need to apply online  https://secure.e-konsulat.gov.pl/

    1. After submission of the document at the embassy, it will take another 15 days for the embassy  to decide on your visa. 
    2. After getting a visa, you can start your journey to Poland. 
    3. If your visa gets rejected due to not justifying the purpose of your stay then you may appeal against the embassy’s decision and you have to submit an appeal along with the original work  permit at the embassy/VFS Global. Or you may reapply. 
    4. When you work in Poland for at least 3 months, the Employer may assist you in getting the  Temporary Residence Permit for 1/3 year, which is renewable. 

Documents to be submitted with the visa application

★ Completed Electronic Visa Application Form 

★ One recent passport photo 35×45 colourful, white background  

★ A valid travel document – passport (containing at least 2 blank pages, issued within the  previous 10 years, its period of validity must exceed the validity period of the requested  visa by at least six months).  

★ A valid medical insurance, covering the duration of stay. It must be valid in all participant  states of the Schengen Area. The amount of insurance must not be less than EUR 30,000.    

★ A confirmed Air ticket reservation.  

★ Proof of financial means to live in the Republic of Romania (a contract of employment or  a statement from a bank account, sufficient means of subsistence equal to 0.5 of the  minimum monthly wage per month – 277 EUR) and to return to the country of his or her  

origin or a foreign country to which the alien has the right to depart sufficient amount of  funds required to return equals to 1 minimum monthly wage – 555 EUR) 

★ Documentary evidence of work experience.  

★ Documents, proving professional skills (legalised).  

★ Consular fee – 120 EUR.

Initial Consultation Fees:

  2. Visa Application Fees: 

∙ Non-Refundable: Visa application fees, as charged by the relevant government or  immigration authorities, are non-refundable. These fees are subject to the policies of the  respective authorities. 

  1. Service Fees: 

∙ 100% Refundable in Certain Circumstances: The first payment of 2437 USD  (…………………….. Naira) payed before work permit is 100% refundable, in situation where  we are unable to get you the work permit.

∙ 70% Refundable in Certain Circumstances: The second payment of 2437 USD  (…………………….. Naira) payed after acquiring work permit is 70% refundable due to  circumstances associated with Visa Application and other governmental charge. 

∙ Partial-Refundable: 30% Service fees are refundable under the following  circumstances: 

  1. If the client voluntarily withdraws their work visa application or decides not to pursue  employment in the destination country. 
  2. Refund Process: 

∙ Request for Refund: Clients must submit a written request for a refund, specifying the  reason for the refund request and providing all necessary documentation to support the  claim. 

∙ Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within 30 business days from the  date of receipt of the complete refund request. 

  1. Currency and Payment Method: 

∙ Currency: All refunds will be processed in the same currency as the original payment. ∙ Payment Method: Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original  payment. If this is not possible, Havens Travel and Tour will work with the client to  determine an alternative method.
